PURPOSE

"...I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly." [JOHN 10:10b] This one day Young Adult THR!VE Conference is to assist young adults in their daily walk with the Lord; to have a life that is plentiful and thrives as we learn more about Christ and how to serve Him on our earthly journey.

DATE & TIME

The Conference will be Saturday, February 4 from 9 am until 4 pm and will take place on campus at Westside Baptist Church in various locations.

Eight different classes to choose from:

Parenting 101 - What being a young parent looks like today. The challenge and the blessing.

A Healthy Diet in a Busy World - Food tips and budget tips in today's busy, always on the go world.

For Single Adults Only - Embrassing and yes, enjoying the possitives of single life.

For Women Only - Understand what it means to be a woman of faith in the secular world.

For Men Only - Together, we'll take a hard look at what the cost of discipleship looks like according to Jesus.

Keeping the Sizzle in Your Marriage - Couples of all ages will find this to be entertaining and encouraging.

Time Management - We all know this is extremely important as well as challenging! What does God's Word say?

Personal/Family Financies - A CPA will offer advice on budgets and the meaning of being a good steward over what we've been given.

COST

The conference is FREE and is open to all adults. Child care is available for birth through 5th grade by reservation only.

NOTE

THR!VE is sponsored by the Young Adults Division of WBC, however ALL adults are invited to attend.

REGISTRATION
